07 MAY. Hollywood entertainment website TZM, have today revealed that Lewis Hamilton is about to sign on the dotted line to replace Ben Stiller as Derek Zoolander in the third instalmanet of the Zoolander series, due to start shooting in December.
Hamilton did have a very brief appearance in 2016’s Zoolander 2 and has apparently been obsessed with getting a more prominent role ever since.
That dream appears close to reality now as TZM report that Stiller is unavailable for the next movie and with filming due to commence at the end of the 2019 F1 season, Hamilton has space in his schedule to step in.
Tongues were further set wagging on the matter when Hamilton rocked up at the Met Gala in New York, dressed as Derek Zoolander, spending several minutes on the red carpet attempting to recreate the famous ‘Magnum’ look.
We asked Lewis’s management for a comment but were told he was unavailable, as he was working on his pet project ‘The Lewis Hamilton Center for Kids Who Can’t Read Good and Who Wanna Learn to Do Other Stuff Good Too’.
