In his quest to retain his world title, Jenson Button is prepared to make sacrifices and some of them are quite big. For example, instead of joining girlfriend Jessica Michibata for a beach holiday in Thailand after the Malaysian Grand… Prix, he chose instead to fly back home to work out on McLaren’s race simulator.
This meant Jessica would be all alone on holiday and this was too much for McLaren fan, Barry Howard of Swindon, UK who has volunteered to give up his own time to fly out to Phuket to make sure Jessica is looked after.
Howard, 44, said today, “I am prepared to do anything, no matter how tough it may be, to help Jenson get back-to-back titles and if it means spending hours rubbing factor 10 into Jessica Michibata by the pool of a five star hotel then so be it”
Barry is hopeful that if he gets the ok from his parole officer he should be on his way before the weekend.
