Poor old Flavio Briatore is having a hard time of it lately and things have not got better after the Italian police seized his yacht, ‘Force Blue’ over an alleged tax-evasion issue.
Tax evasion (and we are not saying that… a cheat like Flavio would stoop so low) is a national pastime in Italy, a country which once impounded Diego Maradona’s diamond earrings for the same offence, so the chance of being able to grab a great big boat to impress the boys back at the nick was too much to resist for the carabinieri to resist.
All told, it is a boring story about a spoilt man we care little about but it does gives us the excuse, yet again, to use this picture of his wife’s impressive stern.
Maybe being Flavio isn’t so tough after all…
