Massa Music sends Nico to Morocco

Massa Music sends Nico to Morocco

Bahrain,Sunday. In an interview today with The Sunday Times, Nico Rosberg tells the world how happy he is living in Monaco with pals Jenson Button, Robert Kubica and Michael Schumacher - though we were under the impression that Schuey lived in a big castle in Switzerland, as opposed to a small flat in the South of France’s answer to Milton Keynes.

However, young Nico is a quiet type and has just one complaint about living in the principality – that of the music played by his nearest neighbour, Felipe Massa.
Allegedly, Massa is a big fan of Yorkshire colliery brass bands and has been known to have the volume up at full blast.

Rosberg says; “Felipe is a good neighbour, though sometimes the music gets a little too loud, so if I want to get away, I like to go to Marrakesh”

A bit extreme, maybe ear-plugs would be cheaper?

F1 stars go into orbit

F1 stars go into orbit

Bahrain, Saturday. Brawn sponsor and airline chief, Sir Richard Branson, turned up in the paddock today with a pair of tickets that will take Niki Lauda and Rubens Barrichello into space.

At just $200,000 a pop, you can board a Virgin Galactic flight for a quick trip to space and hopefully, back again. Rubens has a passenger ticket while it has been announced that Niki Lauda will help fly the thing.
Lauda, said: “I have been a professional pilot for many years, I fly Boeings and Airbuses and my biggest dream is to fly the Space Shuttle”. “I was always looking at that, but that was impossible because basically Americans do that. When I saw this project I was the first knocking on the door.”

Mind you, listening to his often spouted opinions, there are those who think Lauda has been on a different planet for the last few years anyway…

Ten plagues of Egypt affecting F1?

Ten plagues of Egypt affecting F1?

Friday, Sakhir. Following the storms and darkness that affected the previous two Grand Prix there are reports that a huge sandstorm is set to disrupt the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Nobody is quite sure who upset the big man upstairs but there are already worries about a plague of locusts disrupting the Spanish round and pestilence and open sores at Monaco.
